With Italian ownership it will come as no surprise that the cuisine at The Inn is distinctly influenced by the Italian kitchen. Unusually for a Caribbean hotel, the Inn wherever possible sources its meats, fish, fruit and vegetables locally. Much of vegetables, salad leaves, herbs and spices come from the hotel’s own garden and a tour with Head Gardener Kenty is a fascinating way to spend 40 minutes. Much of the rest comes from an organic farm located on Antigua.
