With Italian ownership it will come as no surprise that the cuisine at The Inn is distinctly influenced by the Italian kitchen. Unusually for a Caribbean hotel, the Inn wherever possible sources its meats, fish, fruit and vegetables locally. Much of vegetables, salad leaves, herbs and spices come from the hotel’s own garden and a tour with Head Gardener Kenty is a fascinating way to spend 40 minutes. Much of the rest comes from an organic farm located on Antigua.
Guests start their day either going for a stroll along the beach followed by breakfast at The Reef, or going directly to The Reef, the Inn at English Harbour’s beach restaurant and bar located just feet from the water’s edge. Breakfast at the Reef is a casual affair with a selection of fresh fruits, pastries and cereals served from the buffet, whilst a selection of cooked breakfasts are available from the menu.
The Reef serves a wide range of international dishes and snacks throughout the day and until early evening together with a full bar service for diners and beach dwellers.
The Stone Bar and Terrace Restaurant
Located in the Great House, The Terrace Restaurant is a glorious setting for ‘al fresco’ candlelit dinners beneath the stars. With panoramic views over English Harbour with its yachts at anchor and the surrounding lush countryside, there can’t be a more dramatic scenic location in Antigua.
The superb cuisine is prepared under the watchful eye of our Executive Chef and is served in a friendly and discreet manner; all complimented by a comprehensive wine-cellar which all goes to ensuring The Inn offers one of the finest dining experiences in Antigua.
The Stone Bar with its views over the harbour and surrounding hills is ideal for pre and post dinner drinks.
A full Room service menu is available from 8.00am until 10.00pm
